Abstract Submission

We welcome any submission on the topics of the conference. Contributions to the CALPHAD meeting must be in English and should report original work. Abstracts cannot exceed one page, including Title, Authors and affiliation, Text, Figures, References. By submitting an abstract the submitting author gives permission to the Organizing Committee to reproduce the abstract in all materials associated with the conference. Author preferences will be taken into account but the organizing committee reserves the right to determine the presentation type (oral or poster). For the final acceptance of an abstract it is required that at least one of the authors will register to the Conference (one poster or one oral+one poster per registered participant).

Guidelines

Please consider the following points before doing a submission:

  • The abstract submission deadline is 31st January 9th February 2017
  • Follow the instructions included in the Abstract template. A short CV and a photography may be inserted. Save as DOC, DOCX or PDF format before the submission

The submission is in 4 steps:

    1. Title of paper and presentation type (Oral or Poster)
    2. List of authors with affiliation
    3. Uploading the abstract file (DOC, DOCX or PDF format)
    4. Checking the generated PDF and validation of the submission
  • Abstract will be reviewed by the local scientific committee and decision will be sent to the authors. The number of oral presentations being limited, several papers may be changed to posters.
