The conference fees are as follows:

Note that the registration fees do not include accommodation which should be booked separately.
There will be no on site registration.

Registration include

Regular participant registration and Student registration include:

• access to the conference
• abstract booklet and conference bag
• welcome reception on Sunday evening
• all meals (lunches and dinners) from Monday lunch to Friday lunch
• conference excursion and banquet on Wednesday
• coffee-breaks

Accompanying person registration includes:

• welcome reception on Sunday
• all meals (lunches and dinners) from Monday lunch to Friday lunch
• conference excursion and banquet on Wednesday
• tours on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Wi-Fi will be accessible in the conference site at no charge in the common areas.
All incidentals must be taken care of by attendees and are not covered by the registration fees.

Cancellation policy

The only acceptable reasons for cancellation and refund are visa denial, death in the close family and disease.
